Originally founded in 2001, Windermere Professional Partners is not simply a place, but rather, a brokerage that brings people together to buy and sell real estate. In December 2023, Windermere Professional Partners and American NW Realty, Inc. (also part of the Windermere Real Estate brand) merged to create one real estate brokerage. In 2024, we merged with Windermere Gig Harbor Inc., now all operating under Windermere Professional Partners. We have a total of seven offices, with two in Gig Harbor, one on the Key Peninsula, two in Puyallup, one in Tacoma/University Place, and one in Port Orchard. The firm now has a total of 250 REALTORS®, each one with expertise in communities throughout all of Pierce County and beyond.

What we are most proud of is our passion to support the business and personal development of all members of our firm, whether they be staff members or our REALTOR® clients. When one person succeeds, the whole group celebrates.

Giving back to the community that we both live and work in an integral part of the Windermere culture as well. Our REALTORS® have helped raise and distribute over $513,000 since the inception of the company, donated locally in Pierce County. In addition to the funds, our team has volunteered countless hours to the organizations that they are passionate about. Our efforts have helped local organizations such as MultiCare Tree House, Boys & Girls Club of South Puget Sound, Northwest Furniture Bank, Communities in Schools, Gig Harbor Senior Center, and Multicultural Child and Family Hope Center.
