At Windermere Professional Partners, real estate is more than transactions — it’s about strengthening the communities we serve. For more than two decades, our brokers have been committed to making a meaningful local impact across Pierce County, and 2025 was no exception.

Through the Windermere Foundation, giving back is built into every transaction. A portion of every agent’s commission supports families in need, ensuring our success directly fuels community support — right where it matters most.

$62,900 Invested Directly Into Pierce County

In 2025, Windermere Professional Partners donated $62,900 in community funding, raised through commission contributions, broker donations, and signature fundraising events. Every dollar stayed local, supporting organizations that deliver measurable, life-changing outcomes for children, families, and young adults.

Supporting Local Nonprofits That Change Lives

Using funds raised in 2024, we distributed $37,400 in 2025 to three vital local organizations:

  • Caring for Kids received $12,000 to support underserved children in Lakewood, Steilacoom, and University Place with food, clothing, and school supplies.
  • Harbor Hope Center received $12,000 to help young adults ages 18–24 break the cycle of homelessness through safe housing and wraparound services.
  • The Puyallup Food Bank received $12,000 to distribute millions of pounds of food to families and partner organizations throughout Pierce County.

Each of these organizations plays a critical role in ensuring children, families, and young adults have access to stability, dignity, and opportunity.

A Growing Legacy: The Annual Foundation Golf Tournament

In 2023, Windermere Professional Partners launched what we hope will be a lasting tradition: the Foundation Golf Tournament. The 3rd Annual Tournament in 2025 raised $26,700, with all proceeds benefiting local chapters of Communities In Schools.

Funds were distributed among CIS Tacoma, CIS Peninsula, and CIS Puyallup, helping trained site coordinators remove barriers to education and address chronic absenteeism — ensuring students can show up to school ready to learn.

Beyond Dollars: Community Service in Action

Our impact extends beyond financial contributions. Throughout the year, Windermere Professional Partners offices led and participated in:

  • Food, hygiene, blanket, and furniture drives
  • Blood drives and electronic recycling events
  • Scholarships for local students entering trade programs
  • Volunteer support for shelters, family service organizations, and youth programs

These efforts reflect the heart of our culture: showing up when our neighbors need us.

Honoring Our Over & Above Donors

In 2025, many brokers went above and beyond standard commission donations, contributing an additional $15,909 in support of our mission. We are deeply grateful to every individual who chose to give more — your generosity directly strengthens our community.

Looking Ahead to 2026 and Beyond

In 2025, direct commission contributions resulted in $42,456 available for distribution in spring 2026 — all of which will stay right here in Pierce County. These funds will support:

  • Knock Knock Angels of Washington State
  • The Skoolie Foundation
  • Raising Girls

In addition, after interviewing more than 30 local nonprofits, our Broker Advisory Board selected the following organizations as 2027 funding recipients, who will receive the funds raised in 2026:

  • Olive Crest
  • Caring for Kids
  • Food 4 All (Backpacks for Kids)
  • Peninsula School District Scholarship Fund
  • St. Francis House
