As the Branch Manager of our Puyallup Canyon Road office, Lisa helps our brokers feel truly supported in their business and guides newer agents through WPP’s extensive education program, setting them up for long-term success. She began her career in the industry at just 16 and has held a variety of positions across the real estate field, making her well-rounded and uniquely equipped to lead with insight and care.

Lisa leads with heart and integrity, and she values being authentic in all she does. She genuinely cares for her brokers and takes pride in building a culture of trust, support, and shared success. She loves being part of a team that celebrates each other and fosters growth.

Born and raised in Tacoma, where she still lives today, Lisa has seen the city grow and evolve through the years. As a busy mother of four, her evenings and weekends are often filled with family time, activities, and outdoor adventures. In her downtime, she enjoys movies with her kids and exploring new places around the Pacific Northwest—especially anywhere near the water.
