Hello 2025! Windermere Foundation & Fundraising Update

For every transaction made through a Windermere real estate agent, a portion of that commission is donated to the Windermere Foundation. These funds remain in our local community, donated annually to our chosen local non-profit organizations supporting families, youth, food and housing.

At Windermere Professional Partners, our Broker Advisory Board members annually review the foundation applications and make selections for which nonprofits to support in the coming year. We will be raising funds throughout 2025 for three wonderful organizations supporting folks across Pierce County. Our upcoming Windermere foundation funds will be donated to:

2024 was a very successful fundraising & community focused year, despite a dip in the housing market and transaction volume, and we could not have done that without the support of our entire company, and our amazing Realtors®.

  • From January to June of 2024, we raised $18,810 all through contributions from our Realtors® when they closed a transaction.
  • In March we hosted our annual food drive, providing a re-stock for 3 local food banks during a low donation time of the year.
  • June Annual Community Service Day we closed our offices to show up for 5 local non-profits who put us to work helping.
  • Our 2nd annual Foundation Golf Tournament raised $15,000 (all for Level the Field Sports).
  • From July to December, we raised an additional $27,960 from direct contributions made by our agents when transactions closed.
  • The silent auction held at our private Professional Partners company Holiday Party raised an additional $5,000.

In 2024 we raised a total of $53,270 which will remain in Pierce County for the following donations:

Caring for Kids (Lakewood & greater Tacoma region)

Harbor Hope Center (Key Peninsula / Gig Harbor / Port Orchard)

Recovery Café Orting (East Pierce County)

Level the Field Sports *$15,000 funds from the 2024 Golf Tournament
