WPP Owner Kevin Mullin Interviewed by KIRO TV

KIRO TV recently did a report on comparing the Seattle and Tacoma area housing markets. They sat down with Windermere Professional Partners Owner/Broker Kevin Mullin to get his take on what is happening in the Tacoma housing market.

Kevin explained that while home prices seem to have leveled off, buyers are getting back into the market. what the housing market is really waiting for is for a decrease in the unemployment rate.
