2020 Registration Opening Soon
“If parents are seeking a more active option for their kids to get those wiggles out, Kristi Fischer offers Bootcamp for Kids...,” says our REALTOR® Marisa Merritt. “One [takes place] July 9-13 and the other is July 30-August 3. The kiddos learn new games and skills that they can also play at home to stay active and most importantly, [they] have [so much] fun… they want to keep doing it! In the tech-crazed world we live in, keeping kids moving and activity is vital for their health and future lifestyle habits. This camp takes place outdoors (yay for fresh air) at Sehmel Park from 10-12 each day.”
Marisa notes that “registration will be available on PenMet Parks soon, or you can contact Kristi directly at [email protected]. We're so lucky to have her bringing these experiences to our littles in the community!”

On the last day [the kids] prepare a meal for their parents, including full table setting and everything, how precious is that? Such important skills to be learned that aren't taught in schools. According to Marisa, “Kristi Fischer [a local Gig Harbor resident] puts the camp on through PenMet Parks and it takes place at Rosedale Hall from 10am-1pm each day,” so keep your eyes peeled for this great, unique summer camp this year.
