REALTOR® Tracey Rogers is ready to help her clients “Love where you live!” Tracey loves working with residential buyers and sellers, and she also enjoys serving commercial clients and business owners.

For over 8 years, Tracey has been honing her skills as a real estate agent, and she loves the journey, whether she’s showing homes or leasing commercial property. In fact, Tracey owns commercial event space. The space was originally in rough condition, and thanks to her eye for design, it’s a space people like to spend time in. She also values the opportunity to assist her clients with design features for their properties, whether it’s a residential or commercial property. Tracey works with wonderful contractors who are reliable and can get any job done.

Before her career in real estate, Tracey worked in sales and debt resolution. In this role, she worked with clients to overcome their hardships with debts and become debt free. This experience provided Tracey with insight and understanding on a wide variety of situations—she can understand where clients are in their life journey, and she’s always happy to offer support on a plan to build wealth through real estate.

One of Tracey’s favorite things to do is to host events and bring people together. She hosts everything from speed dating events and open mic nights to business networking activities. Family is also very important to Tracey; she is grateful for her husband and supportive family and friends. Tracey also loves being a mother, and her daughter is the light of her life! Playing tennis, reading, cooking, swimming, and really any activities by the water are a few of Tracey’s favorite ways to spend time.
