REALTOR® Ronnie Hoover Jr’s goal is to help his clients succeed in obtaining their real estate dreams. He loves working with and meeting new people, and it brings him happiness to see people achieve success in their endeavors with business and life!

Ronnie specializes in primary homes and investment properties. He serves the Greater Puget Sound area with specific expertise in Thurston County. For over 5 years, Ronnie has been a real estate investor, and he owns multiple properties including raw land, a vacation rental, a primary residence, as well as a long-term rental. This experience has allowed him to gain first-hand experience regarding the intricacies of buying and managing real estate.

As a certified arborist and a qualified tree risk assessor with 19 years of experience, Ronnie also owns a medium-sized tree service company. He currently has 11 employees, and he also does consulting work as an arborist. Ronnie has also worked as a zipline guide, a bear tour guide, and a fisherman in Alaska. An entrepreneurial life has always been the one best suited for him, and he goes in 100% for the things in life that interest him with business being no different.

Ronnie excels at dealing with the hurdles that keep most people from continuing or starting to achieve beyond what most people would describe as normal. In addition to being good at dealing with the unexpected, he becomes hyper-focused on tasks and interests of his life.

Ronnie has identical twin girls who are his passion in life. His hobbies include Triathlon, ultra running, cycling, and yachting. He loves exploring the waters of the Inside Passage, the Puget Sound San Juan Islands, Gulf islands and more!
