Michaela Ferguson

REALTOR® Michaela Ferguson’s approach to business is relationship driven, and she has always had a passion for helping others. She is always grateful when she has the opportunity to work with people and guide them into the next chapter of their lives through buying or selling real estate!

Currently, Michaela specializes in residential sales in Central Washington. Before becoming a licensed real estate agent in Washington, she was a real estate agent in southern Alabama. Michaela also has a Bachelor's degree in Law and Justice from Central Washington University, and this experience taught her many skills, including how to read and understand contracts and how to pay attention to detail.

Those closest to Michaela describe her as outgoing, personable, detail oriented, caring, and energetic. When she’s not serving her real estate clients, she enjoys spending time outdoors hiking with her dogs, skiing, and scuba diving. Michaela also loves traveling and is currently learning how to speak Italian. She’s passionate about loving others and living life to its fullest!
