Before real estate, Matthew spent years working with the Lexus brand, where he built his foundation in premium customer service and client care. During that time, he was recognized as a top sales performer from 2017 through 2022, an achievement that came from a genuine commitment to listening, understanding, and delivering the best possible experience for every client. That background taught him that every interaction matters and that trust is earned through consistency, communication, and follow-through.
