REALTOR® Kathy Barker has had the pleasure of working for Windermere Gig Harbor for 24 years, and she operates her business with honesty and integrity. She specializes in residential real estate, horse properties, and vacant land throughout Pierce and Kitsap Counties, and occasionally works in King County.

Kathy worked in retail sales for most of her adult life, and today she loves being a full-time real estate agent. When Kathy isn’t working, she spends most of her free time at Iron Horse Farm with her horse Sam, a Norwegian Fjord.
