Kari Knapp

With real estate experience of over 25 years, Kari Knapp has clearly established herself as a leader in the South Puget Sound real estate market and has built lasting friendships, not only in the real estate industry, but also in her community. Her success comes from a genuine concern for the best interests of her clients. Kari knows the importance of straight answers and she negotiates in a firm, fair and direct manner and always puts the needs of her clients first.

Kari knows how to make the real estate transaction come together. From her role as marketing manager before the sale to transaction manager during the closing process, she knows that the transaction doesn't end with an offer to purchase. The transaction isn't over until the closing proceeds have been delivered and title is transferred. To assist in the sale and closing process, Kari utilizes her experienced network of professional stagers, photographers, home inspectors as well as escrow, title, mortgage, appraisal and home inspection professionals.

In addition, to provide the highest level of service to her clients, Kari is a state licensed Managing Broker, which means she is held to a higher standard of professionalism and knowledge than a real estate broker in the eyes of the state. In addition, she completes continuing real estate education each year to update her knowledge and stay on top of a rapidly changing industry.

Kari is a graduate of the University of Puget Sound. She began working in her father’s real estate company in Gig Harbor as a youth so she has truly grown up with an appreciation for the real estate industry and the community that we share. She has been a licensed broker since 1988.

Kari and her husband John Bozich are both life long residents of the Peninsula and live in Gig Harbor.
