Jared Anderson

REALTOR® Jared Anderson’s mission is to provide Pierce County with the best customer service, highest integrity, constant communication, and the most elite skills real estate has to offer, while creating a bond with his clients that doesn't end at closing.

Jared specializes in helping first-time homebuyers, selling homes, investment properties, and working with families. He focuses on Gig Harbor, Tacoma, Olalla, the Key Peninsula, and all of the surrounding areas. Growing up, both of Jared’s parents were real estate brokers for Gig Harbor Windermere. He was almost certain that he would choose a different career path, but after finishing his last year at Olympic College on a full ride scholarship for basketball, he found himself beyond fascinated by the business of selling and buying homes.

The first week after he left college, Jared decided to dedicate all of his time to studying real estate, marketing, and how the real estate market trends from year to year. Despite some of the negative stereotypes about real estate agents, he decided to become a full-time broker at Gig Harbor Windermere. Keeping this in mind, Jared made it his goal to restore the community's confidence in the fact that there are still trustworthy real estate brokers that have your best interest in mind and put your needs before their own.

Jared provides his clients with much more than just numbers, prices, and percentages. Over the years, Jared has learned that every transaction is different and requires attention to detail, and this mindset allows him to learn from each and every sale. Clients and colleagues know him as honest, knowledgeable, and passionate, and in addition to always being on the clock, he treats his clients like family.


When Jared isn’t serving his real estate clients, he enjoys spending time in the mountains with his family, and building homes on the side.
