Windermere Professional Partners
Professional Headshot of James Christensen

Known as hardworking, knowledgeable, and meticulous, REALTOR® James Christensen is ready to help his buyer and seller clients reach their real estate goals. James is located in Puyallup and works primarily in Pierce County, but he also enjoys working with his clients in King, Thurston, and Kitsap counties as well.

Before his career in real estate, James worked for 23 years at the pulp and paper mill on the Tacoma tide flats until the mill was permanently shut down. He ran a wood chip digester, which is a 140-foot tall and 12-foot wide pressure cooker filled with caustic chemicals, heated to 340-350 degrees Fahrenheit and pressurized to 160-180 psi. James also worked as a relief shift supervisor managing the employees and working with contractors and vendors to keep the mill operating smoothly.

Hiking, boating, snowboarding, playing video games, and spending time with his 2 daughters and wife Lisa are a few of the ways that James likes to enjoy his free time. Lisa is also a real estate agent, and they are excited to work together as a team to serve their buyer and seller clients!
