Eric Nyquist

REALTOR® Eric Nyquist’s mission is to create an exceptional client experience! He is dependable, responsive, and a strong listener, traits which help him forge long-term relationships with his clients. Eric serves sellers, investors, and buyers (experienced or first-time). He deals in single-family and multi-family properties in the entirety of Tacoma.

Eric has invested in real estate for over 10 years, resulting in proven experience finding the right home and negotiating the right price, terms, and conditions. He has expert knowledge in creating and maintaining the value of a home! Before his time in real estate, Eric worked in radio as the Local News Director, researching, writing, and delivering daily local news. He has conducted thousands of radio interviews with community members and local leaders involving various issues, resulting in his incredible credibility, listening skills, and ethics.

When he’s not working, Eric loves to enjoy the outdoors through skiing, backpacking, and traveling. He is an avid fan of the Tacoma Rainiers and loves to contribute to his local community through volunteer work.
