Q: Tell us more about the kind of real estate you specialize in.

A: I live in the Stadium District in the North End of Tacoma, and I absolutely love my neighborhood. I love selling in this area— the homes vary from grand historic mansions to charming craftsman style bungalows, but I am also an expert in value/sales throughout Pierce County. I have an excellent referral source through Windermere and as a Certified Residential Specialist, I can help you find a great Realtor to help you anywhere in the United States.

Q: What can clients expect when working with you?

A: Clients can expect their real estate experience with me to be educational, thorough, fun, and ultimately successful! They will always come first and communication is key. I constantly strive to guarantee my sellers a high rate of return on their home sale. My buyers can expect a one on one trustworthy approach. All my clients will feel confident they were professionally represented
