In 2015, Brad and his family relocated to Gig Harbor, drawn by the same appealing qualities that attract his clients to this charming area. It’s easy to share the excitement with newcomers! Brad believes that Gig Harbor should continue to have a small-town feel, and he loves being a part of the community. In addition to specializing in Gig Harbor Real Estate, Brad also enjoys working with clients all over the region, including Port Orchard, Bremerton, Silverdale, Poulsbo, Tacoma, University Place, and Fircrest.

Brad lives by the Platinum Rule: "Do unto others as they would want to be done to them." He values amicable relationships across the REALTOR® industry, and believes that leading by grace and courtesy can often give his clients more leverage in their home selling and buying process. Brad is fortunate to have a substantial referral business, and he considers this to be an excellent measurement of success. As someone who is very adaptable to what people need, Brad is always doing his best to lead with relatable experience. Brad consistently learns from each unique client transaction. His broad expertise covers military relocations, waterfront properties, vacant land, investment properties, condos, and first-time homebuyers.

Family time is of the utmost importance to Brad. He and his wife have a son and daughter in the public school system. They often go hiking, skiing, and mountain biking, regularly exploring new spots all over the Pacific Northwest. Washington State has so much to offer and Brad loves trading local knowledge with others!
