Barb Roe-Trochim is dedicated to meeting your real estate needs with integrity, honesty, and professional service. Her colleagues describe her as a team player who wants every transaction to be a positive experience for all parties involved. Her clients appreciate her focus on their goals, clear consistent communication, attention to details, and problem-solving skills throughout every transaction.

Barb's genuine love of people and the Gig Harbor community have contributed to her continued success as a Windermere Broker since earning her license in 1991. The skills she used during her thirty-two years as a teacher in the Peninsula School District have also helped in her real estate career. Some of these qualities include careful listening, paying attention to details, time management, and the ability to multitask.

Real estate has always been a "people" business. Although technology has had a big impact in recent years, Barb strives to keep a personal touch in every transaction. Her clients often become friends for life!

In addition to real estate Barb and her husband have a full calendar, and she often feels there isn't enough time to do all the things they enjoy. Spending time with grandkids is at the top of their list. They also enjoy visiting new places, church activities, gardening, book clubs, volunteering, and time with friends.
