REALTOR® Ryan Waterman’s real estate career is focused on representing his clients—the wants, desires, needs, and ultimately, their values. Ryan’s ability to relate to and become emotionally connected with his clients are some of his best attributes. He knows that each transaction has a personal aspect to it, which is one of the things that drives him to be the best for his clients.

Known as a hardworking, determined, and methodical person, Ryan is professional yet laid-back. With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Ryan is well-versed in rental property investment, home renovations, flipping homes, assisting first-time home buyers, and buying and selling houses.

Because of this impressive breadth of experience, Ryan knows what his clients’ wants and needs are. For example, Ryan has been a first-time home buyer before, and he can relate to the emotions involved and the stressful position that a first-time buyer is likely in. He’s been a real estate investor with rental and “fix and flip” properties, so he knows exactly what an investor is looking for within their margins and cap rates. And Ryan is also a homeowner with kids, giving him the understanding of home ownership from the perspective of someone with a family.

Additionally, Ryan currently owns a property maintenance business, and he was previously a sales manager in the craft beer industry. For almost 20 years, he has been in the beverage sales industry as a sales representative.

Ryan lives in Fircrest, and he loves his family; ultimately they are his everything and he works hard to make them proud. Ryan enjoys spending time in the outdoors camping and hiking, and he also enjoys cooking and wine tasting.

Q: What can clients expect when working with you? How do you typically communicate with them?

A: I have built my relationships and sphere of influence through trust and knowledge. My clients become my friends and family based on my values and trust. My communication style has a caring approach.

A: I'm excited to finally get into this side of the business. It has been a lifelong dream for me to be buying/selling homes and representing clients. It's one of the best investments you can make and also one of the most emotional purchases you'll ever make. I'm glad that I can be a part of both of those for other people, and guide them in the right direction with my experience.
