Prior to entering real estate in 2014, Jaclyn worked in construction alongside her father. His emphasis on quality and consistency laid the foundation upon which she has built her own business. She grew up riding construction equipment, cleaning up job sites, and piecing together design elements for homes, and she’s always loved the process of watching a home come to life from the ground up. In essence, Jaclyn’s been in the real estate industry for her whole life!
When Jaclyn is not working, she loves spending time boating on the Sound, walking around the Harbor, picnicking at local beaches and enjoying a nice glass of wine at sunset. Jaclyn’s faith, spending time with her husband Christian and their three sweet daughters (Bo, Sailor, and Ripley) and investing in her friends & family are of greatest importance to her (and she also adores her English cream golden retriever, Skiff!) In addition, Jaclyn is involved with Young Life –– the Young Life Malibu Club in Canada is her happy place!
Q: What can clients expect when working with you? How do you typically communicate with them?
A: It's simple: my guiding value is people over profit. I thrive in building long-term relationships that continue after the transaction closes. I'm a go-getter, a stickler for details, and I have my clients’ best interests at heart. My clients call me their “gutsy yet gracious negotiator”, a patient sounding board, and a wise counselor. Each transaction is handled with special attention and care. You can be sure that my tireless persistence will help you with all of your real estate needs. Plus, I want to help you enjoy the process along the way—in my opinion, the real estate process should be a stress-free and fun one!
Q: Tell us more about the kind of real estate you specialize in! What neighborhoods do you work in?
A: I live and work in Gig Harbor. Born and raised in this quaint fisherman's town, I absolutely adore my hometown. I specialize in residential homes: luxury, waterfront, condos, etc. As a contractor’s wife & daughter, I also have a great understanding and knowledge in purchasing land. Gig Harbor is surrounded by water, and I love the small community feel it offers. Indeed, Gig Harbor sells itself—but I really feel like I'm selling more of a lifestyle than just a home..

A: The reason I am excited to be with WPP is twofold.
