I fell in love with Western Washington during a technical training trip in 2000, after which I immediately moved here from the San Francisco Bay area and never looked back.
Apart from my successful 29-year career as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer for a major airline, I have also built a successful side career as a real estate investor, property manager, and new construction home builder. There are a lot of similarities between rebuilding an airplane in a hangar (from the structural frame and electrical systems to the leather interiors and fresh carpets) and building a house (from the foundation, to the framing, to the painting). After all, an airplane is sort of a flying house!
In the past 23+ years I have personally bought 32 properties and sold 29, all related to my investment property ventures. I have worked with a variety of brokers, title & escrow companies, contractors, mortgagors, appraisers, inspectors, and county building permit offices, so I understand real estate from the perspective of a buyer, seller, and a builder.
For this reason, I am uniquely suited to ensuring your real estate transaction will be as smooth and transparent for you as possible, and I am committed to tailoring my service to your needs. My clients appreciate the fact that I am organized, timely, and results oriented, and I will help you achieve your goals in real estate and support you in finding the home for you and your family. Real estate is not a job to me, it is a passion. I am excited to apply my skills to help your real estate dreams come true.
In addition to serving my clients, I am an enthusiastic chef with no formal training. My ingredients are seasonal, my recipes are not written down, and it all has to be done in 40 minutes or less with the least number of utensils and pots used for minimum cleaning. Mediterranean, Indian, Italian, Persian, BBQ—it’s all on the menu!
