Having been a part of many real estate transactions on a personal level, Joel completely understands the ups and downs of what his clients may be going through thanks to his own firsthand experience. He knows that the home buying and selling process can be stressful, even when everything is going the way you would like it to! Joel is dedicated to always being available to his clients, providing the highest level of service, building long-term relationships through results, and guiding his clients to the best outcome possible.

Over the past 15 years, Joel has worked in Facilities Management. During this time, he led complex construction projects and managed maintenance crews. Joel was also in charge of executing and monitoring contracts in various sectors such as government, healthcare, retail (Nordstrom), hospitality, and large class A commercial buildings. Joel’s time with Nordstrom was especially beneficial in helping him hone his excellent customer service skills.

Joel was born and raised in Western Washington, lived in Boise, Idaho and today he lives in Gig Harbor with his wife and 2 children. Joel is passionate about getting out and enjoying all of the things that the Puget Sound area has to offer; he loves salmon fishing on his jet boat, rooting on the local sports teams, exercising, and spending time with his family. He also enjoys dining out at local restaurants, and exploring coffee shops and breweries.

I provide clients with the most complete and accurate information available, and this way, they can make informed decisions with confidence. Communication is critical in delivering quality service, and I make every effort to communicate to clients in a way that is effective and specific to their needs and communication preferences.
